Self Help Books

Self-help books can be very helpful. I am generally quite cautious of self-help books because fancy marketing can make anyone look like an expert. I have come across too many popular self-help guides that have a very superficial understanding of the mind. As a result, these books tend to offer techniques that make you feel good for a couple of weeks but inevitably fail, leaving you feeling worse than when you started.

The following books have been written by individuals who are the leaders in their field. I use a lot of the techniques recommended in these books in my practice as well as in my personal life.

Please note that I have no affiliation with the organisations or individuals involved in the production of these books. I have included this page primarily to share useful wellness tools with the community.
